Adam specializes in regulatory matters, derivatives, securitization and complex restructuring transactions. He has started his banking career in the Risk Management and Capital Adequacy Department in 2006. Next he worked for leading international law firms. Adam’s practice extends to advisory on debt trading transactions, investment funds and payment instruments. Adam acted as an advisor at the establishment of mortgage banks and the issuance of mortgage bonds. He represents clients in numerous proceedings before the Polish Financial Supervision Authority and the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection. He supported banks in the first compulsory restructurings in Poland. He is an expert on the EU financial sector regulations. Currently Adam is an assistant professor at the Faculty of Law of the University of Warsaw, where he lectures on banking and civil law.
