Piotr Jarosz

Piotr has over 20 years of consulting experience in the SSC/BPO sector, with a primary focus on finance and accounting, procurement, and customer operations. He has served as a Program Manager in multiple international GBS initiatives, overseeing the establishment of more than 20 shared services centers and the centralization of over 5,000 roles. He brings extensive experience in end-to-end Shared Service Center programmes — from feasibility studies (target operating model, process analysis, business case development, location selection, transformation roadmap), through detailed design and planning (process scope definition, project planning, organizational and governance design), to implementation oversight (managing multi-wave transformations and setting up shared services organizations of up to 500 FTEs). Since 2024, Piotr is also responsible for the global GBS Consulting strategy, methodologies, thought leadership, international cooperation and go to market approach within the global GBS Center of Excellence in KPMG International.
