Mark is a Canadian Chartered Accountant with 20+ years of transaction experience in Poland and Central Europe (“CE”). Based in Warsaw, Mark heads KPMG’s Private Equity (“PE”) business, advising Poland-based PEs, inbound PE investors, and their portfolio companies. He has experience advising on hundreds of deals from a variety of sectors – with a focus on Buyside and Vendor Due Diligence services, SPA advisory, and other transaction advisory services – for PEs and strategics players alike. He has been involved in some of Poland’s largest transactions. Mark is a well known figure within the PE and broader transaction community within Poland and CE.
