Marcin Czerwiński

Marcin joined KPMG in 2014. Earlier he acquired experience in a law firm in Poznań. A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań and a doctor of law with the dissertation titled “Group of economic operators in public procurement law”. At KPMG, he specializes primarily in corporate taxation and transfer pricing. He also participates in projects in the area of legal and tax planning of reorganization processes as well as in the area of tax audit and administrative court proceedings. He is the author and co-author of scientific papers, comments on judgments and press publications in the area of tax law, civil law and public procurement law.
