Magdalena has over 15 years of professional experience. She deals with personal data protection law, intellectual property as well as competition law. Magdalena manages and participates in many projects in the field of personal data protection (including requirements resulting from the GDPR), as well as preparation of agreements related to the protection of personal data (including contracts for sharing, transfer and data processing) for domestic and foreign entities. Magdalena participates in projects related to due diligence in the scope of personal data protection in terms of GDPR. She also has extensive experience in the scope of acquiring and transferring intellectual property rights, in particular trademarks and software.
