Jacek Bajger

Jacek specializes in tax advisory, and particularly in transfer pricing, an area in which he has amassed over 20 years of professional experience. He has headed the Transfer Pricing Team at KPMG in Poland since 2001 and coordinated KPMG's transfer pricing advisory services within the CEE region. He is responsible for comprehensive tax and legal advisory on related party transaction issues, including, among others, for preparation of analytical economic and comparative reports, and of tax documentation. Jacek represents clients in tax proceedings and negotiations of advance pricing agreements with the Minister of Finance. He coordinates broad ranging day-to-day tax advisory services delivered to many Polish and international business entities of various sectors. He often speaks at transfer pricing-focused domestic and international conferences, seminars and training courses. He is also the author of a number of transfer pricing articles in Polish daily newspapers as well as in both Polish and international periodicals. His sectoral experience covers such industries as banking and financial services, automotive, real estate, pharmaceuticals, food processing and electronics.
