Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple large-scale client engagements of moderate to high complexity, ensuring timely delivery, quality execution, and delivery in alignment with client expectations;
- Actively participate in key stakeholder interactions, including Board and Audit Committee meetings, alongside Partners/Directors;
- Drive end-to-end engagement management, including planning, execution, and closure, while consistently achieving revenue milestones, realization, and profitability targets in line with the service line budget.;
- Play a key role in business development by identifying key work opportunities, contributing to proposal development, and addressing client emerging needs;
- Maintains an awareness of market trends, competitor activity and potential products/ services.
Eligibility Requirements
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA) – ICAP. (Articleship completed with Top Tier Audit firm, with at least 5 years of post qualification experience). Managerial experience with the Audit Firm will be preferred;
- Experience in leading complex engagements in the field of Internal Audit, Risk Assessment, Gap and Business Process Reengineering engagements involving leading ERPs like SAP, Oracle & Microsoft Dynamics etc;
- Experience in developing to be state Standard Operating Procedures & policies for large corporate clients;
- Experience in Textile, Pharma, Engineering & Construction, Hospitality, Retail and IT industry will be considered;
- Excellent communication, report writing, presentation and team management skills;
- Having relevant technical skill and subject matter expertise to service client requirements.
