Job Responsibilities
- Manage engagement teams in delivering client assignments, including data analysis, process walkthroughs, review of working papers, and coordination with client stakeholders to ensure effective execution of fieldwork;
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks while adhering to Firm’s quality standards, internal methodologies, and engagement-specific requirements;
- Assist senior team members in the preparation of client deliverables, including presentations, reports, and other project documentation;
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant industry trends, auditing/ accounting standards, regulatory developments, and best practices to enhance engagement quality;
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment by actively participating in internal training programs, knowledge-sharing initiatives, and continuous professional development activities.
Eligibility Requirements
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA) – ICAP;
- Articleship completed with Top Tier Audit firm - experience at managerial capacity will be preferrable;
- Experience in leading complex engagements in the field of Internal Audit, Risk Assessment, Gap and Business Process Reengineering engagements involving leading ERPs like SAP, Oracle & Microsoft Dynamics etc;
- Experience in developing to be state Standard Operating Procedures & policies for large corporate clients;
- Experience in Textile, Pharma, Engineering & Construction, Hospitality, Retail and IT industry will be considered;
- Strong communication, report writing, presentation and team management skills;
- Having relevant technical skill and subject matter expertise to service client requirements.
