There are various avenues open to confidentially report concerns relating to certain areas of activity by KPMG and/or its personnel. This is an opportunity for KPMG personnel, clients and other third parties (such as suppliers, contractors, sub-contractors, external consultants, alliance partners, or other third-party resources) to confidentially report concerns they have relating to certain areas of activity by any KPMG International entity, activities of KPMG firms or KPMG personnel.
Several of the member firms of the KPMG network, including the PNG firm, have their own formal complaints procedures, details of which can be obtained from the relevant websites or engagement letters. The usual and preferred approach is to, before using the KPMG International hotline, reach out to the dedicated email address pg-fmkpmgpnghotline@kpmg.com.au in the first instance to attend to your concern. This can then be escalated to the hotline if your query is not satisfactorily addressed.
The KPMG International (KPMGI) hotline is a further reporting avenue. KPMGI works with Canada-based ClearView Strategic Partners, an independent third-party administrator of telephone and web-based hotline services (ClearView Connects) to operate the KPMG International hotline.
