      Mental Health Program

      KPMG is committed to supporting the wellbeing, mental health, and emotional resilience of its people. As part of this commitment, the firm provides access to confidential counselling services for employees who may require personal or professional support.

      Refer a friend policy

      The KPMG PNG Refer a Friend Policy enables employees to refer suitable candidates for recruitment and receive a reward for successful hires, subject to eligibility criteria and exclusions. Rewards are payable after the candidate completes probation, and all referrals and outcomes remain at KPMG PNG’s discretion.
