Feb 27th, 2026 - By this notice, let it be known that the dispute regarding the use of the KPMG name in Nigeria between KPMG Nigeria and KPMG Professional Services which is the subject of Appeal No. SC/CV/776/2025 – KPMG Professional Services v KPMG Nigeria (Practicing as KPMG Audit, KPMG Tax Consultants & KPMG Consulting) & Corporate Affairs Commission, as well as Suit No. FHC/L/CS/2213/2025 – KPMG Advisory Services v Corporate Affairs Commission, has now been amicably resolved.

25 Feb 2026 - KPMG has announced the appointment of Tola Adeyemi as Chief Executive Officer for KPMG One Africa, alongside the addition of Professor Olayinka David-West and Dr George Njenga as independent members of the Africa Governance Council (AGC).
