The Client holds gaming licenses in multiple jurisdictions, each having unique regulatory compliance requirements. The aim is to establish a baseline to understand these requirements and ensure they are appropriately addressed within their policies, procedures, and controls. Additionally, the Client seeks to conduct effectiveness testing of the existing controls.
KPMG can evaluate the regulatory requirements in each jurisdiction, map them to the Client's existing controls, assess their compliance against the jurisdictional requirements and industry best practices, and support implementation to address any identified gaps.
