Currently a Director in the tax function at KPMG in Malta, Sharon provides advice and assistance to a diversified portfolio of both local and international clients with regards to various taxation matters with a particular focus on succession planning, financing structures and group restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, including but not limited to due diligence engagements and acquisition structuring engagements. Sharon regularly delivers tax presentations and training both internally and externally.
