      Martina is an Advisor within KPMG in Malta’s Public Sector and EU Advisory team with a professional background in EU funding and project management. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in European Studies from the University of Malta and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA).

      Martina brings experience in managing EU-funded projects under various programmes, including the Single Market Programme (previously COSME), LIFE, Erasmus+, and Interreg. Having worked closely with a broad network of European partners on high-impact, cross-border initiatives, Martina is proficient in project coordination, stakeholder engagement, and funding regulations.

      In her role, Martina supports both private and public sector clients in identifying suitable funding opportunities, assisting them to access the support available for their planned projects and/or investments, and ultimately assisting with the implementation of the project. Consequently, her work spans the full project lifecycle, from concept to completion, and includes overseeing the technical, financial, and administrative aspects required for successful project applications, implementation, and delivery.
