Marlon is a Certified Public Accountant specialising in outsourced corporate accounting, corporate and indirect taxation, and finance function transformation services.
Marlon joined KPMG in 2009 soon after completing his B.Accountancy (Hons) degree. During these years, Marlon has led teams in providing accounting services such as the preparation of management accounts and statutory financial statements under both GAPSME and IFRS accounting framework, VAT compliance and related services and assisting clients in setting up their accouting system and procedures, for a portfolio of clients, both local and foreign. His industry experience ranges from retail, international business, financial holding companies, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, government-owned entities, intellectual property development and shipping companies. He also leads a multi-disciplinary team of professionals in assisting organisations achieving their state-of-the-art finance function specifically with optimising and digitalising their finance processes and procedures.
