      Arthur is an economist by training and a Manager within KPMG in Malta’s Advisory function, working across Economics, Public Policy, and Strategy engagements for both local and international clients. He graduated in Applied Economics and specialises in applying economic tools and frameworks to generate insights that inform public policy and business decision making.

      His quantitative work centres on econometric analysis to identify statistical relationships and support forecasting within a macroeconomic context. Alongside this, Arthur has been actively involved in public infrastructure and policy related engagements, including Cost–Benefit Analysis, Economic Impact Assessments, and industry level analysis. His interest in policy and international affairs further informs his perspective on evolving macroeconomic developments and their implications for businesses and the wider economy.
