Lucía is a Communications Specialist with experience in Change Management, Corporate Communications, Multimedia Design, Learning and Development, and UX Research. Over the past six plus years, she has worked in the field of Management Consulting, participating in various projects, and gaining experience in Agile Development, Cybersecurity Behavioural Change, Digital Accessibility, and Design Thinking. She has also developed and facilitated many trainings. Some of these trainings being in SharePoint Design, Business Development Basics for Change Management and Communications Projects, and Social Styles for Interpersonal Relationships. In the meantime, Lucía has authored a number of research articles, on topics such as Accessible Design for Management Consulting and Cybersecurity Behavioural Change.
