Ariadne is an Organisational Development Consultant and Leadership Coach with significant experience supporting organisations in their re-positioning towards progress and transformation. She joined KPMG in July 2023, and since leads the Leadership Development and Executive Coaching service line, supporting teams and individuals expand their impact through improved alignment, collaboration and results, incorporating new skillsets and perspectives, managing adversity, and building resilience. Ariadne has a seasoned understanding of the dynamics at all levels of a company’s ecosystem, from the broader entity to the subsystems that operate within it (departments or teams), and ultimately, the individual. Ariadne supports leaders and teams to conceive, design, implement, and evaluate change initiatives and interventions that aim to future-proof organisations, proactively render them prepared against challenges, and ultimately help them grow. Amongst others, these challenges include digital disruption, the war for talent, the need to upskill, intergenerational gaps, and the great resignation. With a solid background in Human Resources management and a second career in coaching and leadership development, Ariadne has more than 25 years of experience working with the human element - the glue that keeps it all together.
