      Faye is a Senior Manager within the Tax function at KPMG in Malta. She joined the firm in 2015 after graduating with a Master in Accountancy from the University of Malta and is part of the Domestic Incentives Team. An accountant by profession, specialising in tax law and incentive legislation, Faye provides advisory services to a diversified portfolio of clients in relation to incentive aid, both in terms of local legislation and EU regulations. Faye has extensive experience in dealing with clients benefiting from any sort of incentive aid, and has advised businesses operating in various industry sectors, including but not limited to: Information Technology, Software Development, Video Game Development, Hotel and Accommodation, Pharmaceuticals, and Manufacturing. Over the years, Faye has also provided advice to clients on various taxation matters, including the setting up of corporate structures to invest in Malta or in foreign countries, financing structures, group restructuring, capital gains issues, and real estate transactions. Moreover, she has been involved in various tax due diligence engagements covering a number of industries and has accumulated extensive knowledge and experience on compliance matters of local companies benefiting from incentives. Faye also delivered lectures in various seminars and professional educational activities relating to taxation matters, including taxation modules to students reading for their ACCA qualification.
