Joelene specialises in iGaming and Technology engagements within the Audit function at KPMG in Malta. Since joining the firm, she has developed extensive experience auditing large and complex, multi jurisdictional groups operating in highly regulated environments. She manages a strategically significant portfolio that includes several of the firm’s largest iGaming operators.
Beyond client service, Joelene actively contributes to the development of the practice through coaching and business development initiatives that support the firm’s growth agenda. She currently co-leads the Innovation Committee, where she supports the rollout and adoption of new audit technologies and tools, aimed at enhancing audit quality, efficiency, and insight across the practice. Through this role, she works closely with colleagues across service lines to embed innovation into audit delivery and support the firm’s broader digital transformation agenda.
