Jurgen is an Assistant Manager within KPMG Malta’s Risk Consulting Advisory Services practice, where he focuses on regulatory matters relating to Funds, Investment Firms, and other financial services entities. He has around four years of regulatory experience, with a strong understanding of licensing processes, governance expectations, compliance frameworks, and ongoing regulatory obligations.
In his role, Jurgen supports clients with licence applications and extensions, regulatory interpretation, gap analyses, policy and procedure reviews, and the implementation of regulatory requirements. His work is centred on helping clients understand and meet their obligations in a practical, proportionate, and commercially aware manner.
