Hermione is a Partner at KPMG in Malta leading the Deal Advisory team which she joined in 2007. Throughout her career she has gained extensive experience supporting local and international clients, including family businesses in diverse industries. Her expertise spans valuation, mergers and acquisitions, financing, strategy, and the development of business plans and turnaround plans. Over the years, Hermione has also taken a leading role in local and cross border vendor and buy-side due diligence assignments for clients operating in various sectors. Furthermore, she has been instrumental in helping clients secure debt and equity finance through the local capital market. Hermione holds a Bachelor of Accountancy (Hons.) from the University of Malta and an MSc in International Accounting and Finance from Cass Business School, London. To further enhance her ability to support family businesses and tackle their unique challenges, she earned the STEP Advanced Certificate in Advising the Family Business.
