      Brett is a Manager within the People and Change Advisory Services team at KPMG in Malta, specialising in organisational and culture transformation, people analytics, and strategic talent management. As an Organisational Psychologist with a Master’s in I/O Psychology, he applies a scientist-practitioner lens to integrate organisational, people, and commercial priorities, using a range of analytical methods to inform evidence-based solutions.

      With a particular focus on improving performance, employee wellbeing, and psychological safety, Brett utilises people science insights and tailored workplace and job design, drawing on his previous experience in HR management and operations to bring practical insight into the day-to-day realities of people-led businesses.
