I joined the Internal Digital Transformation team at KPMG in 2023, following the completion of my PhD studies in the field of design and requirements engineering. My role as a Business Process Engineer involves simplifying, transforming, and streamlining internal business processes through technology and automation. Drawing on my background in research and manufacturing engineering, I analyse and enhance our processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
At KPMG, I continued to gain expertise in the IT domain through exposure to new technologies, and by being part of a dynamic digital factory team, who work together to deliver high-value digital solutions which align with business needs. Through this journey, I have improved my communication skills and gained more confidence in my abilities.
