KPMG in Moldova and Romania has 25 Partners, led by Ramona Jurubiță, Country Managing Partner. The members of the leadership team and our Partners are responsible for setting the firm’s strategy and monitoring its implementation processes. They regularly review areas of fundamental importance for the firm, such as operational and financial performance, the annual business plan and budget, new business proposals, marketing strategy, technological development, the remuneration system, and risk management policies.
