Victor Voluța joined KPMG in 2008 and has since built a strong reputation for managing complex international and local audit engagements across a wide range of industries. Since July 2018, he has led KPMG in Moldova’s office, overseeing operations, business development, and the firm’s strategic growth in the country.
Victor works with clients from key industry sectors and public interest institutions throughout the Republic of Moldova. His sector experience covers energy, retail, telecoms, manufacturing, automotive, and real estate. With a deep understanding of Moldova’s competitive and regulatory environment, he provides clients with clear insights and practical recommendations to strengthen internal controls, enhance processes, and support long‑term performance.
He was part of the leadership team that contributed to the first‑ever IPO of a Moldovan group on the Bucharest Stock Exchange — an important milestone for the local market.
Victor is a member of the UK Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and serves on the Board of Directors of the Association of Professional Accountants and Auditors of the Republic of Moldova (ACAP).
