Supervisory Board
The Supervisory Board comprises five members covering the different functions and sectors served by the firm. The Board’s main responsibilities are to:
- Oversee the management of the firm by the Executive Team
- Act as a sounding board for the Executive Team
- Review the local partner remuneration process
- Review the financial statements of the local firm at the year-end.
