Corporate Citizenship

As a responsible force in the corporate ecosystem, KPMG Luxembourg is committed to making a positive impact on the community. Our commitment is aligned to our core values and our employees embody these pillars through their interactions with clients and one another, delivering meaningful solutions that inspire progression, innovation, and the advancement of our entire community.

The excellence to strengthen our communities and markets

At KPMG, we understand the importance of both investment and volunteerism across various domains. Our firm places great emphasis on sponsorships that not only contribute significantly to UN's Sustainable Development Goals, but also align with our sustainability vision to create a lasting impact.

In our most recent sponsorship campaign in 2022, KPMG Luxembourg proudly committed to donating over €149,000 to seven different charitable organizations, both within Luxembourg and internationally. This substantial contribution allows us to extend our support and amplify positive change.

In the previous year, we extended our assistance to Ukrainian refugees through a collaborative effort. We generously provided LUkraine asbl, a local NGO, with our vacant office space, enabling them to conduct language courses and offer vital psychological counseling for five months. Our compassionate employees actively engaged in collecting material donations and volunteered their time to aid displaced refugees affected by the Ukraine crisis.

We believe that by actively participating in such initiatives, we can foster resilience and make a meaningful difference in the lives of those in need.

The courage to drive cultural change

KPMG Luxembourg works hard to foster an inclusive culture. We cultivate a sense of belonging for all and do not operate on biases against gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, race and ethnic background, disability, religion, beliefs, or age. This inclusivity brings people with the broadest range of skills, experiences and perspectives together, creating truly dynamic client teams.

We commit ourselves to bringing awareness to the topics of inclusion and diversity by being a signatory of the Luxembourg Diversity Charter, UN Global Compact and consistently progressing the I&D agenda through the KPMG Global Inclusion and Diversity maturity model tool.

The integrity to accurately report on our performance

KPMG Luxembourg strives to add value to the Luxembourg marketplace and to our clients’ businesses by actively participating in industry organizations and working groups such as ALFI, CSSF, CAA, IFBL, IRE, INDR, and more.

As part of the KPMG Global network, we remain transparent in our reporting of our impact on the planet, prosperity, people and governance. Our reporting is aligned with the requirements of: UNGC, Ruggie, CDP, TCFD, WEFIBC, GRI, UNWEP and WBCSD.
