中国の「個人所得税法修正案（草案）」（以下「草案」）に対するパブリックコメントの受付が2018年7月28日に終了し、13万件を超えた今回のパブリックコメントは再び審議され、正式に2018年8月31日付けで承認された。同修正案は、習近平国家主席の署名によって2019年1月1日から主席令として施行する。改正された基本費用控除額と税率表については、施行前の2018年10月1日から適用される。
