2018年6月19日、「中華人民共和国個人所得税法修正案（草案・審査提出用稿）」が第13回全人代・常務委員会第3次会議の審査に提出され、中国の個人所得税修正がようやく決定的な一歩を踏み出した。早くも財務大臣が国務院で承認された草案について、説明会上で発表した。
