第５回目の「中華人民共和国税関法」改正

2017 年 11 月 4 日、第12回全国人民代表大会・常務委員会第30回会議で「中華人民共和国税関法」（以下「税関法」）が審議、可決された。第５回目の改正である。同法は、一部の行政許可の手続きならびに審査・承認手続を取り消し、さらに行政手続を簡素化させて、権限委譲の改革深化を目指すことになる。
次いで、税関総署も2016年に改正した「税関法」を基に、新「税関法」を公布して「中華人民共和国一時輸出入貨物管理弁法」（税関総署令第233 号）を調整した。
