2017年10月、税関の重要政策と最新動向
税関総署は、2017年9月30日付けで「一部の商品分類決定の公布・廃止に関する公告」を公布した。同公告では、「中華人民共和国税関輸出入貨物商品分類管理規定」（税関総署令第158号）の関連規定に基づき、2017年の商品分類決定（Ⅲ）を公布し、同時に一部の公布済みの商品分類決定（Ⅲ）を廃止することが決定された。また、関連商品分類決定の根拠とする法律、行政法規又はその他の関連規定が変更される場合、当該商品分類決定も同時に失効する。上述の商品分類決定は2017年10月1日から施行されている。
