2017年1月、税関の重要政策と最新動向
財政部、国家税務総局及び税関総署は共同して、2016年12月5日付けで「新型ディスプレイ産業の発展促進に向けた輸入関税の優遇税制に関する通達（財関税〔2016〕62号）」、同27日に「第13次5か年計画期間の科学技術イノベーション促進に向けた輸入関税の優遇税制に関する通達（財関税〔2016〕70号）」、同29日には「第13次5か年計画期間の中国陸上特定地区での石油（天然ガス）採掘のための輸入物資税収政策に関する通達（財関税〔2016〕68号）」及び「第13次5か年計画期間の中国海域での石油（天然ガス）採掘のための輸入物資の輸入税免除に関する通達（財関税〔2016〕69号）」を相次いで公布した。各政策は2016年1月1日から2020年12月31日に実施される。
