2016年10月、税関の重要政策と最新動向
「『中華人民共和国税関査察条例』実施弁法」（署令230号、以下「実施弁法」）が公布された後、税関総署は「税関総署2016年第61号」（以下「61号公告」）を公布した。同公告は「実施弁法」で言及した「税関査察通知書」「税関査察用書類一覧表」「税関検査記録｣などに関して新たに13種の法令様式を公布した。「実施弁法」が自主申告手続き、税関査察に対する民間仲介機構の導入、税関査察管轄権及び不適正行為に対する対処法などを明確にした。新たな「査察条例」の付属規定として、「実施弁法」と新たな法律書式は2016年11月1日から正式に実施される。
