KPMG in India has provided CMMI SCAMPI Class A appraisal services to a large software services provider located in India, to benchmark the progress of their process improvement journey. The activities of scoping, project selection, appraisal planning and appraisal team training were conducted by KPMG in India. The organization benefited by identifying risks upfront which could be mitigated to help ensure no slippages to the appraisal plan.
