      Shashank is a Manager in KPMG Kuwait's Tax & Corporate Services practice with over 10 years of experience in transfer pricing and international tax advisory across the India and GCC region. He has advised various multinational clients on a wide range of transfer pricing and cross-border tax matters, including planning, compliance, documentation, risk assessment, and litigation matters.

      Shashank has extensive experience supporting multinational groups with the preparation of transfer pricing documentation in line with OECD and BEPS requirements, including Local Files, Master Files, and Country-by-Country (CbC) reporting. He has led and supported engagements involving transfer pricing risk assessments, BEPS advisory projects, Pillar Two transitional safe harbour assessments, transfer pricing impact analyses, and business structuring engagements in India and the Middle East (including Qatar, UAE, and Kuwait).

      Shashank also has experience assisting multinational enterprises in developing transfer pricing policies, reviewing intercompany arrangements, evaluating intra-group transactions, and conducting benchmarking analyses to support compliance with local and international transfer pricing requirements.

      In addition, he has assisted clients during transfer pricing audits proceedings before tax authorities, supporting the development of defense strategies, dispute resolution initiatives, and Advance Pricing Agreement (APA) engagements with tax authorities. His experience enables clients to establish robust transfer pricing frameworks and manage evolving tax transparency and compliance obligations.

      He has worked with clients across a broad range of industries, including oil and gas, telecommunications, pharmaceuticals, information technology, logistics, automotive, consumer markets, and financial services.
