      KPMG in India helped design and implement an AI-powered competency mapping portal, transforming fragmented and dispersed data into a live, publicly accessible national database. The platform leverages automated web scraping, LLM-based classification, and a secure digital architecture to enable seamless discovery, collaboration, and policy intelligence.
