"The programme delivers perfectly on the expectations one would have from the course. The course structure is very organised and well thought through. The sessions are effective, insightful, and engaging. The programme is helping me unlearn, learn, and then apply all that we learn through self-reading, assignments, and live sessions. The cohort is diverse, and people bring in experiences from all walks of life and different stages of careers, and as such, the interactions are very helpful in gaining a holistic perspective. The programme is helping me learn the right approach to deal with certain situations and become more self-aware. It’s helping me identify my unique personal brand and leadership style. I would highly recommend this programme to friends and professionals in my network.”

"The content is relevant and practical, and the facilitators have been engaging – helping me uncover deeper leadership insights and take actions, which is an important element of any learning we undertake. In the past, I have been through multiple trainings and courses, however they were limited to only acquiring concepts but not really implementing those. This programme has changed that. It has helped me implement my learnings and become more effective. I would certainly recommend the programme to my colleagues and, in fact, build a use case with my leadership to get more colleagues to undergo the programme."

The programme is helping me grow as an effective leader and adding value to my daily operations by highlighting areas where I can improve. It’s also helping me understand my self-image better. I would strongly advocate this programme.”
