Namrata comes with 28 years of expertise in the areas of Sustainability and ESG strategy. She has worked on transformation strategies for India’s top 200 companies as well as created green business models for clients. Namrata also has extensive experience in helping clients on the adoption of Net Zero principles in their value chain.

She has worked on assignments in sectors such as manufacturing, transportation, steel, cement, insurance, fashion, retail, healthcare, mobility, food, hospitality and green jobs.

  • She has written over 250 articles based on conversations with prominent business and sustainability leaders and also contributed to case studies that are available at HBR and other locations.

  • Namrata is a visiting faculty at IIM Udaipur and OP Jindal Global University, India Ambassador of University of Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership
