Narayanan Ramaswamy will launch the white paper titled: “How Organisations Are Redefining Talent, Leadership and Productivity in the Age of AI”
As AI is now embedded in everyday workflows, the central challenge no longer revolves around its adoption but rather how organisations are redesigning workflows which translate AI-enabled gains into sustained business value.
Organisations need to move beyond adding AI to existing jobs and redesign work, leadership, capability building, governance and build productivity measurement around the outcomes they seek to achieve.
By clarifying where AI can execute, where human judgement is required and who remains accountable, organisations can build trusted Human–AI operating models. These models can enhance productivity while preserving workforce capability, transparency and accountability.
The central leadership question is therefore not simply ‘where can we use AI?’ but ‘what should our organisation now look like because AI is here?’
