Naveen Aggarwal is the Office Managing Partner for the Delhi NCR region at KPMG in India and leads the firm’s U.S.- India Corridor. A Tax Partner by function, Naveen brings over three decades of experience advising Indian and multinational enterprises on complex tax, regulatory and cross border matters.
Over the course of his career, he has led large, multidisciplinary teams and worked closely across industries, including technology, media & telecom, consumer markets, hospitality, e-commerce, manufacturing and aviation. He has advised clients on large-scale transformations, policy engagement and long-term value creation, with a strong emphasis on aligning business with strategic imperatives.
Naveen actively represents KPMG in India on various industry platforms and engages closely with policymakers, industry leaders and global investors on matters shaping India’s economic growth, investment climate and cross border partnerships. A frequent speaker at national and international forums, he is widely regarded as a thought leader on the Indian economy, tax and regulatory matters.
