What is the KPMG Graduate Programme?

KPMG’s graduate programme will take you from being a talented and focused graduate to becoming a top-flight professional with real skills and experience.

In 2025, KPMG had:

94% FAE pass rate
84% pass rate in the final Tax exams part 3
95% pass rate in the CAP1 & CAP2 exams

For those joining Audit & Assurance, Tax Consulting, Deal Advisory, Risk Consulting and Financial Management Consulting, we are No.1 for professional accounting exam results. Our Management Consulting graduates are coached to deliver world-class business solutions.

Exam success
- This year, 94% of our staff passed the final Chartered Accounting exams - FAEs.
- This year, we achieved 84% overall success in the final tax exams which is 32% above the national average.
- Number 1 pass rate in Ireland for CAP1 & CAP2 exams.
