Implementation of Pillar II Directive into Greek legislation
On 2 April 2024, the draft bill for the implementation of the EU Directive on minimum taxation – Directive (EU) 2022/2523 (Pillar II) was adopted by the Greek Parliament. The adopted draft bill has not, for the time being, received a law number. The provisions of the draft bill as adopted do not differ from the text originally submitted for public consultation, we therefore refer to our relevant newsletter, which sets out the main points of the new law.
