“From the very beginning of my career, I aspired to work in a multinational company that would offer me opportunities to grow and enhance my skills. I’m part of the Bookkeeping team. In practice, this means that we are responsible for ensuring accurate maintenance of our clients’ accounting records, compliance with tax legislation, and keeping them up to date on current issues. What I find especially meaningful is that, during these two years with the company, we’ve built strong, lasting relationships of trust with our clients.

For me, reliability means consistency when it comes to quality, timing, and values. It’s about my colleagues knowing they can count on me, not only to deliver the desired results but also to support them through demanding moments.

I try to create a positive and friendly atmosphere, showing genuine interest in the people around me. A smile, a short chat beyond work, or willingness to help can make a real difference in our daily routine. Even when pressure rises, I try to maintain a collaborative mindset since we all share the same goal and success is always a collective effort.

If I could give one piece of advice to my first-day self, it would be to trust the process and focus on the journey, not just the destination.
