“I joined KPMG in May 2023, coming from my first long-term professional experience - a journey filled with people and moments that had shaped me deeply. This change marked a new beginning for me, a step toward growth, but also a small challenge on how to reintroduce myself in a new environment, with new colleagues and different dynamics.

From day one, I realized that at KPMG, the ‘people factor’ truly matters. Collaboration, respect, and willingness to support one another are not just words on a presentation slide, but part of everyday life. In HR, we feel this even more strongly, because we’re there for people at every stage of their journey. Every time I see someone take their next step, grow, or find the role that fits them best, I’m reminded why I love what I do.

For me, HR isn’t just about policies or processes. It’s about the stories behind them, the moments when someone finds the courage to try something new, when a team becomes stronger through collaboration, when feedback becomes the starting point for growth.

On the more demanding days, I find balance in spending time with my people. Sharing a meal or a drink with friends is, for me, the simplest yet most meaningful way to reconnect with what truly matters.
