“My journey with KPMG began three years ago. I remember feeling quite nervous at first, but at the same time excited about the opportunity to explore new professional paths. Very soon, I realized that to meet the demands of the role, I needed to keep learning, growing, and strengthening my skills, and that this process is, in fact, one of the most exciting parts of my job.

Although I initially started as a Senior Project Manager, through my experience and involvement in a variety of projects, my responsibilities have expanded significantly. Today, I continue to work within the CIO Advisory, Risk Consulting team, actively contributing to the delivery of our projects, with each one being unique and bringing new challenges to tackle.

If I had to highlight one project, it would be my very first assignment with one of the most demanding clients I’ve ever worked with. It was a challenging experience but also a defining one, as it equipped me with the resilience I needed to face the challenges that followed. Looking back at the projects I’ve been involved in, I still find it hard to believe how much experience and knowledge I’ve gained in just three years!

At the same time, I feel truly fortunate to work in an environment where communication flows easily and where we’re always there for each other, to help, support new ideas, and encourage growth. We make sure to maintain an atmosphere of trust, we enjoy working together and approach each day with a smile, even on the tough ones.

That same positivity and mindset extend to our clients as well. We build relationships of trust, approaching every collaboration with honesty, empathy, and professionalism, and that’s something reflected not only in the quality of our deliverables but also in the feedback we receive about how we work together.

Looking back, I feel grateful for everything I’ve experienced and learned at KPMG. Looking ahead, I feel excited for everything that’s yet to come. I’m proud to be part of a team that is constantly evolving, and that inspires me every day to become better.”
