“I've been part of the KPMG family for many years. I started as a young lawyer in the Audit firm, then moved, along with the other lawyers, to the Consulting firm, and finally landed at the Group's law firm, CPA Law, when it was established. Today, I still work at CPA Law, mainly focusing on corporate law, labor law, and immigration law. But, like any self-respecting lawyer, I handle other areas when needed.

My experience over the years has shown me that the foundation for professional success is working as a team with shared goals and common values. This means supporting each other, showing respect and trust, and sharing our knowledge. Everyone on the team, from the most experienced to the newest members, has something to contribute to the team's growth and our shared goal: to provide high-quality services that satisfy even the most demanding clients. This approach also helps avoid or at least reduce potential tensions during the demanding and difficult projects we all face at KPMG from time to time. So, we should always try to listen to our colleagues with genuine interest, understand their needs, and learn from their experiences. I like to believe I do this most of the time - we all have our 'unfortunate' moments, of course! This trait, along with my sense of humor, are my main characteristics.

For me, humor is a tool for decompression and connecting with others. It can reduce stress, ease tension, and help us manage difficult situations better. And, of course, it brings team members closer, creating a positive and supportive environment, even under highly stressful conditions.

There are many moments I remember from my journey so far: successes, failures, joys, sorrows, difficulties, disappointments, satisfaction. It's a mix of emotions and relationships. What remains from all of it? Time flies when you're having fun! P.S.: My hiring year was back in 1998!”
