My role mainly revolves around Business Process Analysis and Project Management, on projects that require a combination of strategic thinking, analytical skills, and hands-on execution. Essentially, I focus on gaining a deep understanding of banking processes - and beyond - identifying opportunities for improvement and contributing to the design of solutions that have a real impact. At the same time, as a Project Manager, I coordinate teams and activities, ensuring that projects stay on track both in terms of timelines and quality, which is a key hallmark of KPMG.
What defines this work is its variety and constant challenge. Every project requires a different approach, adaptability, and clear thinking. Through collaboration with colleagues and clients, an environment of trust and open dialogue is built, where ideas evolve and turn into practical, implementable solutions.
Within this context, it is also worth noting that I actively participated in the implementation of a new service related to process documentation in a specialised tool, for which there was no prior in-house expertise. I took on the training and support of team members throughout the process, which was a significant challenge for me but also a valuable opportunity for hands-on learning.
This experience largely reflects the way I experience my day-to-day work overall, which remains dynamic, with continuous opportunities for learning, growth, and meaningful contribution. For me, what makes the difference is that I did not simply adapt to an environment but was given the opportunity to grow within it and leave my mark from an early stage."
