"I have been at KPMG since July 2025, and I feel that my onboarding and adjustment process has been very natural and smooth. At the beginning, I had several concerns, as having changed my field of work, I was not entirely sure whether I would be able to meet the new requirements and adapt in time to the different ways of working and thinking that the role demands.
