“My journey with the company began in 2024. Although I had already spent several years working in the tax field, my first real exposure to the corporate environment came through KPMG. From day one, I was introduced to new processes, different ways of working, and a highly dynamic environment, which made everyday work genuinely engaging from the very beginning. In Global Mobility Services, no two days are the same. The constant exposure to different projects, complex tax matters, and people from diverse backgrounds is what makes the role so interesting. Through this experience, I’ve learned to approach situations with greater composure, prioritize more effectively, and manage demanding circumstances in a more efficient way. I believe that good communication and a positive attitude play an important role not only in the quality of the work delivered, but also in the team’s day-to-day environment.
Through my role as an Assistant Manager, I now view work from a more holistic perspective. Beyond ensuring the accurate and timely completion of projects, I place great importance on collaboration, supporting the team, and fostering an environment of trust, open communication, and positive energy. And when that’s not always possible, there’s always room for an ‘Authorised Time Off’ - an internal joke that has somehow become associated with me within the team - to lift everyone’s spirits. I truly believe that the human element is what makes the real difference, especially in such a demanding yet equally rewarding environment.
My goal is to continue building on the experiences I gain, broaden both my knowledge and responsibilities, and at the same time make a meaningful contribution to the team and to the people I work with every day.
